May Dish of the Month: Black Angus Pure Beef OP Steak 400gms
Our OP Steak is sourced from the Whanganui region, north of Wellington. Part of a beef rack, the scotch fillet is cold boned and aged for 21 days to ensure it is tender and will deliver extraordinary taste. It is then cooked in the oven (OP - Oven Prepared) and served as an individual cut. Accentuate with a sauce of your choice - creamy peppercorn, merlot jus or mushroom sauce - along with thick handcut fries & fresh greens.
