Whitby’s new a la carte menu was introduced at the end of April, 2016. Crafted by Executive Chef Kiran Padhi, the refresh of the a la carte menu aspires a true taste of the region, alongside international fare. Focusing on fresh produce, the main courses range from Aged Beef Sirloin sourced from the Wairarapa, Skin on Groper sourced from Nino's and options gluten free and vegetarian options for dietary requirements.
