- Groups looking to purchase their tickets individually are required to share the same company or group name. Without this information, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.
- Table Allotments: Tables are seated in groups of 10. With a minimum of 10 people required to secure a private table. Individual booking and smaller groups will be seated together to make up a table of 10. Table configurations cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
- Venue: In the instance of unforeseen circumstances the Hotel reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be offered.
