Understanding our influence on the natural environment has always been fundamental at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor. Our dedicated ‘Green Team’ collaborates monthly to share ideas and drive new initiatives. In 2018 we have introduced sustainable packaging at our restaurants, including metal straws, wooden cutlery and compostable coffee cups.
The concept of delivering a complete Lunch and Dinner Vegetarian menu for ten days was established to focus on fresh produce and tasteful combinations.
