The Chancellor Ballroom is a versatile, pillar-inclusive event venue on the ground floor of our Conference Centre in Brisbane. Spanning 317sqm with a 3.4m ceiling, this bright space is ideal for conferences, gala dinners, workshops, or large-scale corporate events.
Operable walls allow the room to be adapted to smaller breakout setups or opened into one expansive venue, providing flexibility for multi-session events or large gatherings. Built-in audiovisual capabilities, managed by our preferred partner Scene Change, support presentations, hybrid meetings, and professional productions.
The ballroom opens onto a pre-function area overlooking Roma Street Parklands, with a balcony for fresh air, as well as a courtyard with sweeping CBD skyline views, perfect for registration, networking, or pre- and post-event catering. Lift and ramp access make the space fully accessible for all delegates.
