Meetings and Covid-19
Conference & Event space that meets the government requirements is available now. We are following the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health, the New Zealand government and our own Chancellor Clean programme.
Event considerations include:
- Updated room layouts to allow for physical distancing requirements
- Plated or single serve food (no buffets)
- Contact Tracing
- Maximum capacities across multiple meeting rooms on the same floor (100 pax)
- Audio Visual facilities available
- Increased frequency of cleaning throughout the hotel.
We are regularly reviewing the guidelines as they change. Our meeting rooms capacities will be reduced during this time.
