With announcements made by Government we have been required to make some changes to our venue - this includes:
Cafe is open for breakfast from 07:00am until 10:30am and Dinner 5pm - 10pm daily
Our pool and spa is open 7am until 10:30pm
Our gymnasium is open 24 hours a day
Room service is available from 7am until 10:30am and 5pm - 10pm daily
During these uncertain times, our top priority is the safety, health and well-being of our staff, families and guests. As such we have implemented an immediate course of action, guided by SA Health, the WHO and other governing bodies relating to COVID-19.
This includes hourly sanitation of high traffic areas and surfaces and special attention made in-room particularly items such as door handles, phones, remote controls, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc as well as many other measures in our public spaces including social distancing.
To protect the well-being of others a firm stance has been placed on our guests with tap and go payments favoured over cash and strict check-in policies. If you plan to self-isolate, we do have procedures in place to assist you.
