During these uncertain times, our top priority is the safety, health and well-being of our staff, families and guests. As such we have implemented an immediate course of action, guided by SA Health, the WHO and other governing bodies relating to COVID-19.
This includes hourly sanitation of high traffic areas and surfaces and special attention made in-room particularly items such as door handles, phones, remote controls, crockery, cutler, glassware etc as well as many other measures in our restaurant, bars and leisure facilities including social distancing.
To protect the wellbeing of others a firm stance has been placed on our guests with tap and go payments favoured over cash and strict check-in policies. Should you present at check in with flu like symptoms or you plan to self-isolate, your booking will be cancelled and you will be turned away. This is to allow the safety of our staff and other guests. Of course should this occur during your stay we do have procedures in place to assist you.
To all our guests rest assured our hotel is still open for business and will continue until we are told otherwise by governing bodies. This includes ensuring that our restaurant/bar, 24 hour room service, conference and meeting facilities (providing you are a small group) and leisure facilities such as our pool, spa, sauna and gym facilities remain open.
To all our loyal guests and first time travellers I wish you good health and well-being and remember support your local hospitality and tourism business by postponing and not cancelling. It is a very tough time for our industry and we need everybody’s full support.
