Taste Of Summer

Tasmania’s iconic food and drink festival returns to Hobart’s waterfront from 27 December 2025 – 3 January 2026, open daily at 12pm. With more than 80 stallholders showcasing the best of Tasmanian food, wine, beer, cider, and spirits, the Taste of Summer is the ultimate celebration of the island's producers and summer by the water. The program features live music across multiple stages, roaming performance, family-friendly entertainment, and Hobart’s biggest New Year’s Eve Party with front-row views of the fireworks.
