Celebrate Dad with a relaxed Father’s Day buffet lunch at Whitby’s Restaurant, complete with panoramic views over Wellington city and harbour.
Start with creamy tomato or sweet corn and chicken soup, followed by a generous cold selection featuring seasonal seafood, continental meats, honey-cured ham, roast chicken and fresh salads.
Back by popular demand, our live Build Your Own Burger Station returns, with a choice of beef or chicken patties, sesame buns and assorted toppings. The carving station will feature mustard and honey-glazed Champagne ham, served with apple sauce and rich jus.
The hot buffet includes pork belly with sweet and sour sauce, soy honey roast chicken with bok choy, tempura-fried fish, lamb shoulder chops with minted jus, traditional beef rendang and a selection of seasonal vegetables and sides.
Finish with a tempting dessert smorgasbord featuring pavlova, assorted gateaux and tarts, cheesecake, flavoured mousse, New Zealand cheeses, ice cream and sorbet. Freshly brewed coffee, teas and herbal infusions are also included.
