Discover a vibrant menu filled with traditional favourites and signature dishes, from mulligatawny soup and string hoppers with sambols, to devilled pork, king chicken curry, fish ambulthiyal, kottu roti, and more. Guests can also enjoy a live cooking selection, a generous cold buffet, roast carvery, and an indulgent dessert offering featuring watalappam, kiri pani, chocolate fondue, and Dilmah teas.
