The evening was the introduction of an innovative new concept with the focus on providing a fresh, healthy and nourishing meal ensuring delegates feel energised and invigorated throughout the day. This concept captures the essence of South Australia’s rich culinary landscape, where tradition meets modernity in a celebration of regional flavours and home-grown produce, our commitment to support some of the finest South Australian local businesses.
