Japanese ハンバーグ (hambagu steak), pork tonkatsu, spinach gomaae, napa cabbage salad, and wasabi cucumber relish in a Brezelmania milk bun, with tempura seaweed.
Our burger celebrates the collaborative spirit and cultural exchange fostered during the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 in Wellington. As a part of one of the host hotels to Japanese team, our chefs were greatly inspired by their interaction with the Japanese culinary team and have infused traditional Japanese umami flavours, cooking techniques with a touch of playful twist.
