Mawson's Hut Replica Museum

If you look in the direction of Salamanca Place then you may notice a little wooden hut occupying a small patch of lawn around Hobart's waterfront. Only a 2-minute walk away lies a replica of just one of six sites left of the Antarctic exploration era. This particular one. Mawson's Hut, is located at Cape Denison on Commonwealth Bay in the Antarctic Expedition. Definitely worth having a look if you're a history buff!
