How do I receive 10% off rates?
You need to log in to your GC Rewards account to take advantage of the 10% off publicly available online rates.
How many points can I earn per stay?
One point is earned for every dollar (in local currency) spent during an eligible stay, including accommodation, food and beverage charges and in-room incidentals.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points you need to contact GC Rewards directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1800 75 33 79 (Aus) or 0800 27 53 37 (NZ).
Can I earn points at any Grand Chancellor Hotel property?
Points can only be earned and redeemed at our properties located in Australia and New Zealand. Properties in Singapore, Malaysia, and China are not a part of the GC Rewards programme.
How long are my points valid for?
Your total points balance is active for 12 months after your last check-out date from an Australasian Grand Chancellor Hotel property. Every eligible stay during this time will reset this 12 month period. If you have not stayed with us for 12 months your account will become inactive and you will not be able to redeem your points, however, if you check out from an eligible stay within 6 months of the inactive date your account and previous points balance will be reactivated. If there has been no activity for 18 months the account will be removed.
What if I have forgotten my membership number or password?

How can I add my GC Rewards number to an upcoming booking?
The easiest way would be to quote your membership number to the front office upon checking in to the hotel, or contacting reservations directly and requesting your membership number to be added.
Can I earn points for reservations I made before joining the GC Rewards Programme?
Unfortunately, points cannot be credited for stays prior to acceptance to the programme.
What can I do if I am missing some points?
If your points have not been added within 7 days of your checkout date please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1800 75 33 79 (Aus) or 0800 27 53 37 (NZ) to request us to chase up any missing points. We are able to add points for stays that are within six months of the request.
Can I earn points when I book through third-party websites?
Unfortunately, bookings made through third party websites do not qualify members for points. To be eligible for points members need to book directly with the hotel, phone, email or by booking through a corporate travel agent that doesn't use third-party websites.
Can I use a combination of points and cash to redeem rewards?
All reward redemptions require the full amount of points specified on the Reward Options page. Cash cannot currently be used to top up an account.
