Every dollar you spend in the local currency at an eligible Grand Chancellor Hotel property earns you one point in the GC Rewards program.

Points can be redeemed for accommodation and services at the hotels, or for vouchers at a range of your favourite Australasian stores.

3. Member Only Offers

As a member of GC Rewards, you will be eligible for member-only offers.

These entitle you to benefits like free upgrades on your next stay, complimentary bottles of wine in your room, premium wifi and other generous offers.

4. VIP Member Support

GC Rewards members will always receive personalised service from our friendly Australasian based head office team, Jeremy and Sophie.

5. Recognition, Simplified

We aim to make GC Rewards as simple and easy to understand as we possibly can.

  • All points earned and redeemed are the same at each hotel for every night of the year.
  • Points never expire if you stay once every 12 months.
  • Points are automatically added to accounts within 3 days of checking-out (no membership card required).
  • No need to register for member only offers. If your number is on an eligible booking you'll receive the offer.
  • Cancel your hotel redemption within 48 hours of your stay and we'll refund your points.
